Between February 11- April 15, 2006, the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum in Austin featured an exhibition of the Mel Fisher Maritime Historical Society's exciting traveling exhibit "A Slave Ship Speaks: The Wreck of the Henrietta Marie."
Dr. McGhee served as a historical and educational consultant to the museum for this exhibit and helped to train docents and also served as a panelist for a museum sponsored forum held at the museum on March 26 2006.
